  • Second 100,000 gallons, $200 ($300 total)
  • Third 100,000 gallons, $300 ($600 total)

See your users agreement for more information.  Generic users agreement can be found on Important Links Page.

Meter information:

Each user is responsible for protecting their meter from the elements.  Any meters that are damaged will be replaced at the user’s expense.  A meter is required for usage of AIA resources.  Consider sealing your meter in a vault below ground, or in an above ground enclosure. Exposed meters are at risk of freeze damage during periods of time were service is available and nighttime freezing conditions exist.  Meters are selected by the board for uniformity, and are offered to the members at the association’s cost.

See below for approved meters and prices, contact the association prior to purchasing your own meter to ensure compatibility.  A source for meter replacements is being looked into.  The Association does not have any left in stock.

Association approved meters:

Kamstrup FlowIQ 3101 ($1100)

For 1.5 inch connection users. These are typically for the larger pasture style properties north of Omak River Rd.

Sensus iPearl 4WHL5A ($325)

For 1 inch connection users.  These are the most common type of meter used in our association.
